ORDERS

We cannot ship products internationally outside of New Zealand

Orders will be shipped by Post Haste, Castle Parcels or NZ Couriers.
Same day as payment, cut off time is 1pm. 
If there are items on backorder we will send what we have with a note of when the rest of the order will be shipped or you will be offered a refund. 
Expected delivery is within 2-7 business days of your order being placed.

PRICES
Please note that the listed product prices as stated on our website are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST. 

GST and Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

AVAILABILITY
Very rarely, we may not be able to supply something to you that you have ordered. Don't worry, though, we will offer you an alternative or a refund: whatever you fancy!
